Pre-existing damage, including loose or cracked tile, damaged flashing, worn shingles and prior granule loss, is identified where visible but is not caused by, or the responsibility of, MC Pressure Washing FL.
Sealer longevity varies with sun exposure, traffic and surface condition, and typically requires reapplication every three to five years. Cure times are provided at the job and must be observed before foot or vehicle traffic returns to the surface.
Access to the property and to an outdoor water source is required on the scheduled day. Work is weather dependent and may be rescheduled for rain, wind or lightning; rescheduling for weather carries no charge.
MC Pressure Washing FL is licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is available on request before work begins.
